The IRS has selected your return for verification of your dependents that you claimed on your return. Once you have faxed them everything they will look it over and make a determination on if they agree with your return, and then will release the remaining refund to you. 

It can take up to 9 weeks from when you got them the requested information till they decide and release your return.
