I got a letter from the IRS that i needed to send them a copy of form 8965. i have a 1096a. I see no 8965 forms in my 2019 tax documents

tried to fill out 8965 form. i just want it to be done right.

Do you mean 8962? If the IRS is requesting form 8962 see
