I got a direct deposit date of 2/24/2025 and paid for five days earlier when will I receive my refund?

They canceled my 5 day early because i scheduled to deduct fees from refund but i still have not gotten my refund. Keep getting the run around from turbo tax

Just received my Direct deposit…. the 5 day early from TT works for me and I paid my fees using refund my DDD was 2-26 I got it 2-21at 9:30 pm tonight … and I use Bank of America … turbo wasn’t updated until like 10 min before deposit .

They told me it canceled my 5days early and that my payment is pending deposit but it’s going to wait until the 24th. And I have a 2day early pay card

That’s crazy because I feel like they’re doing the same to me even though they didn’t cancel my 5 day early still haven’t gotten my money and my date is Tuesday

Update guys TURBO TAX CANCELED MY 5 days early and refunded me the 25 so I guess it will come before Wednesday or the day of

They canceled mine on the 19th and said they issued a refund and that now I have to wait until the actual 24th. I just spoke to someone from sbtpg and they said they do not have my refund

My IRS transcript has a ddd of 02/26/25 TT has a refund delivery est date of 02/21, I signed up for the 5 days early, and they didn’t charge me being that I didn’t get it 5 days early, but I would like to know when am I going to get my refund, I had owed some back taxes but my IRS account already shows it as paid so I know they released the money, I guess it’s just a waiting game now.

The only email I got from TT was to tell me that I had to wait til mid feb for my return to be processed but haven’t gotten an email saying it was approved or anything. My transcript has a 846 code and a ddd of 02/26

I was supposed to get mine the 19th with 5 days early. My DDD was the 24th. Still nothing in my account. Some people on another site (Igotmyrefund on facebook) are saying that cross river bank (the bank doing the 5 day early thing) will mail a check 5-7 days after your refund date. I hope that isnt true. But a lot of people are saying they called and that bank is telling them that.

They canceled my 5 day early too. I called yesterday and spoke with the rep who sent me a receipt of my fees and the five day early wasn’t listed and I know I signed up for it. So I know I should have my money tomorrow or Tuesday at the latest because that’s my actual deposit date.
