Yes it was sent feburary 21st

Unfortunately, you cannot change your bank account information if your return has already been e-filed and accepted by the IRS. For incorrect accounts entered, your bank will reject the funds and they will be sent back to the IRS, who will then issue you a paper check in the mail.
