The TurboTax 2016 online editions have shut down to make way for the 2017 online editions.

If you paid for the 2016 online editions of Plus, Deluxe, Premier or Self-Employed then you can contact TurboTax support and request that they push a 2016 desktop edition to your download account at no charge so you can complete your 2016 tax return. You will need to download the tax data file from the online account so you can open the data file with the installed 2016 desktop software.
If you sign onto your 2016 online account and land on the Welcome Back screen click on the blue link Download your .tax file
If you sign onto your 2016 online account and land on the Welcome Home screen click on My TurboTax at the top of the screen. Then on the 2016 Timeline under the section Some things you can do: Click on Download .tax file
