I forgot to file 1 w2 form. My taxes return was excepted. I was selected for a random review. Will the irs process and release my refund with out it, if I don't owe them

Yes, the IRS should send you the original amount (or corrected amount) after the review.

They may or may not know about this other W2 yet.

If they do not notify you that this W2 was found and added to your tax return by the IRS, then you will need to Amend and mail this to them.
