It is too late for you to receive a refund for a 2021 tax return; even if the form shows a refund, you forfeited that refund by waiting too long. If you want to file the return anyway, you can print it, sign it and date it in ink, and mail it in. If you owe tax due it will be owed with late filing penalties and interest, for which the IRS will bill you later.
You will be able to access the 2024 return you started by using the exact same account and user ID that you used when you started it. But you can no longer use online software for any further changes.
Start a 2025 return online and enter some personal information so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.
Online tax preparation and e-filing for 2021 returns is now permanently closed.
In order to print your return you must pay your TurboTax fees.
