I filled all the information and made the payment and at the last step while reviewing the returns I found out that it filled Form 1040 for me instead of Form 1040-NR?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

If you are a non-resident alien then you cannot use TurboTax.

 

 

If you are a non-resident alien, your return must be filed on Form 1040NR, which cannot be prepared using TurboTax.  You can use TT’s partner, sprintax:

Thank you for your response. But I have already paid for the filing now, sadly, but haven't filed the returns obviously since it's the wrong form. Could turbo tax refund me if I don't file? Who should I contact in this case?
