I filed with my wife jointly, how can i see our individual annual income?

If you filed a joint return, your income is combined on that return. You should look back at your own W-2's, 1099's etc.

If you did not save them (as you should always do), then when you print out your tax return with the worksheets you should be able to see what you entered for each of you.
