I filed through mail but I still haven’t received my income tax it’s been more than 10 weeks

Mailed returns take much longer.    It can take 3-4 weeks for a human to open the envelope containing your tax return, and enter it into the system.  You can watch for information on the IRS refund site.  TurboTax gets no information from the IRS after you file your return.

Your ONLY source of information about your  federal refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2023 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
