the question is not who claimed you but who was legally entitled to claim you.
your sister's return should be rejected if she filed after you because you claimed yourself. if she filed before you, your return should have been rejected because she claimed you
because of the relationship between you and your sister, you must qualify as her qualifying relative for her to be able to claim you.
you would be her qualifying relative if all these tests are met
- Your gross income for 2021 was less than $4,300
- she provided over ½ your support
- you aren't a qualifying child of another taxpayer
