I filed taxes and own money to idaho but sent it efile. Do I need to send a check into Idaho today?

If you didn’t elect to have the taxes owed withdrawn from your account on the tax return, then yes, you will need to mail in a payment today with the payment voucher that will print when you are done e-filing your taxes.

Upon checking why I hadn't received my refund, I realized that I had failed to hit "send" in order to efile. So I did that yesterday... what penalty will I have?
