It has been almost 21 freaking days after my return was accepted and I have seen 0 progress on the irs where's my refund website and honestly, it's pissing me off. Turbo tax accepted it and gave me a due date, but irs hasn't accepted it at all. Like at all! This is ridiculous. I hate the IRS and yes I even called them and they offered no news and told me to call turbo tax who basically said it was accepted on their end. Why was it accepted by turbo tax but not the irs?! I'm sincerly asking too. And then some tax calenders said if your return was accepted on the 12th, which mine was, you'll get your money on the 26th of feb... then why does mine say MARCH 4TH?!
I really don't get taxes or anything but if someone can please fill me in to decrease my insanity that'd be rela great.

Please calm down. First, the IRS did not officially open until Feb 12. Second, it does not process on a First In First Out basis. Third, it announced back in January that returns with refundable tax credits (EIC, ACTC) won't be paid until at least the first week in March.
All that being said, you can arrange to have fewer taxes withheld from your income during the year, so that you do not have to wait for a refund at tax time.
Accepted means received for processing. It does not mean Approved, which is a later step. And TT does not receive any further updates form the IRS once your return has been Accepted. Also see this:

Sorry I was just freaking out mostly because I do need this money. Not fast, but I need it for the rest of the year. But so it's based on first in first out, but like it's still be close to three weeks since I filed, but I get what you're saying. I don't think I had a refundable credit and I'm out of work currently so I really need this money.
I just keep checking the site and hoping it processed! Why is it taking so long dude? I'm sorry again for sound so whiny and impatient but this doesn't feel like this has happened before to me you know?
When I literally called the irs they literally said "Get in touch with your tax provider" They literally said that. They said they would know the information and if there were errors or it was rejected! I literally called IRS and they said that!
Actually, I am a woman, not a dude. The clerks who answer the phones at the IRS have no control over how fast the system processes tax returns, but they get the brunt of everyone's ire. Over the years, the IRS has implemented a number of security checks to avoid fraud and identity theft, but that can slow down the process. And COVID has impacted nay returns that need a human to look at them. But 21 days is normal. In fact the IRS says this:
Many different factors can affect the timing of your refund after we receive your return. Even though we issue most refunds in less than 21 days, it’s possible your refund may take longer. Also, remember to take into consideration the time it takes for your financial institution to post the refund to your account or for you to receive it by mail.
