I filed on Jan 31 2018 and still have not received even a date... it still seems to say that its still processing. IS ANYONE ELSE STILL WAITING FOR BOTH TAXES?

Some tax returns take longer than others to be processed by the IRS. Once the IRS finalizes their review, status will be updated. You should check back in a few days. Please see this for more information:

I received state back, but I'm still waiting on federal and it says *still processing.
I filed 2/5/18.
I think path act is a gimmick and it's just the government's way of holding onto the $$ as long as possible.
I've called irs several times, all times they have stated they have no information. I was told that my return is in the error dept. But somehow incredibly no one can tell me why, and the date I can call for info is further and further away each time I call!

Yes I’m still waiting, I’ve called 3 times , the first 2 times I was told 45 day review as of March 12th and 45day review would be up April 26th THEN I called 2 weeks ago ask if there was any status update on my refund the lady said I was under a 60 day review as of March 7th TOTALLY DIFFERENT from what the other 2 ppl told me and that my 60 days would be up May 6th, she also said I was mailed a letter stating 60 day review and it was mailed March 7th, I NEVER RECEIVED THAT, but I i did receive a letter stating 45 days on March 12th, I’m not sure what’s going on but I do know I would like to have my refund

Yes it will be coming if you haven’t received a letter stating why you won’t, the lady I spoke with said they have 45 days to do something if not they have to release, mine was released on day 46

Got home, checked my mail, and even though I filed for direct deposit, I had a check in the mail! Woohoo! This was my first year filing my injured spouse electronically so now I know what to expect next year. When I checked the Where's My Refund tool or still says pending review. Guess I can't trust that.
