I filed on 1/22/24 & received confirmation that my return was accepted by the IRS on 1/24/24, I had been approved to receive a refund advance loan, but haven't gotten it?

Just curious as to why nothing has happened? It was supposed to be deposited minutes after acceptance by the IRS, which was a few days ago.
