I filed my federal and state taxes using turbotax and just received a letter saying i never filed my taxes.
nor did i receive my federal tax refund.

Which tax authority sent the letter, IRS or your state? What tax year is the letter referring to?

I filed my federal and state taxes using turbotax and just received a letter saying i never filed my taxes.
And....does the letter say you did not file a tax return or does it say that you did not PAY the tax you owed? If it is about paying----your only proof that you paid is your own bank or credit card statement.
