I filed my 2020 fed and state returns. Turbo tax shows a state refund, but my state, Michigan ,ssys no refund. What now?

Return has been received,accepted and complete according to state website. I have made a inquiry as to why instead of a refund, I am being told I have no refund at all. Turbo Tax verified my return was complete with no missing information.

TurboTax has no information from the state after you file. Only the state can tell you what they changed or why.
