I filed my 2019 return with Credit Karma, but it's not showing up when I log in (now Turbo Tax). How do I get a copy of my full return that shows state tax paid?

Your only proof that you paid your state tax will be your own bank or credit card records.  A copy of your tax return will not prove that you paid the tax due.

What form will show the state tax owed and to what state it is owed? Nothing is showing up in "Your Tax Returns & Documents" section although I filed 2019 return with CreditKarma. Looking for access to a copy of the full return.

You need to find it in your Credit Karma account.  IF you prepared and filed a state return it will be there with the federal return.   The state form will clearly show what state the return was for, and will show the amount of the tax due.   But it will not prove that you paid the state.   When you owe state tax, you need to pay by check or money order, or by going to the state's tax website and paying by credit card.  So....if you need proof that you paid the state, you have to look for your own bank or credit card records.
