I filed an amendment on my nys but have been unable to check on the status as I don't have my amended refund amount. Where do I find it?

You can locate your refund amount by accessing a copy of the Amended return. The refund Amount will be located on the Instructions page in the section that would say 2017 New York Tax Return Summary.

Here's how to access a copy of your Amended tax return:

• Sign into your Online account.
• Next select Intuit Account at the bottom left of the screen.
• Then select My Account at the top left of your screen, then select My Docs.
• Under Tax Year 2017 you should see the Amended return. 
  
• Double click the Amended return PDF file, then download to open the return and print.
