I filed a wrong amount last year on my 1095-a. Ended up paying $4000.00 to correct my error. Can I deduct this amount somewhere?

Unfortunately, you can't.

Your 2016 repayment of the tax credit was due because you received more advance premium credit than the actual premium credit in 2016.

It isn't deductible on your 2017 tax return.
