I filed 4/10/25 and still haven’t received my refund what do I need to do?

I presume you mean "return received", not "refund."  The IRS WMR tool doesn't use the term "refund received."   It uses these stages: 

• Return received
• Refund approved
• Refund sent

If your info is showing up in the WMR tool, then at least you know they received it and are processing it.   If there's no additional message there, then the only way to find out more info is to phone the IRS and ask them what the delay is.   Sometimes they are preparing to send a letter for more info or sent one that wasn't received.

Do not choose any option of "refund."  Just keep saying "speak to representative."

Do you have an IRS online account?   If so, you can look there to see if it shows a letter was sent.
