Please see this Help Article for information regarding Refund Advance.
You will want to make sure the primary taxpayer's information on the return matches the information in the Credit Karma account. If it does, please contact Credit Karma on their Contact Us page.
@MoniqueLO_ Please forgive me for being rude but please stop posting the same response for this issue. Your reference to the article simply shows the reason why we all applied for the advance because it states how quickly we can get the money after return is ACCEPTED. I draw attention to the work accepted because countless people either in email, forum on on the phone, have said we must wait for the IRS to approve the return. THAT IS NOT THE WAY ADVANCE REFUNDS WORK! THEY ARE A LOAN BASED ON THE ANTICIPATED REFUND AMOUNT. WAITING FOR THE IRS TO APPROVE IT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF A REFUND ADVANCE DUH!
Next reason I ask you to please stop using this response is this. Do you really think anyone that is having an issue with their advance hasn't ALREADY DOUBLE AND TRIPLE CHECKED THEIR INFORMATION? Seriously, it is probably the first thing we all did and then we did it again and again. WE HAVE GONE OVER EVERYTHING WE SUBMITTED WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB! TRUST ME! So again I am sorry for being rude but I am tired of seeing this response to every variation of this issue not only by you but the other "Tax Experts" on this forum. I know you are trying to help but this is not helping anything. In fact as you can see by my reply it is only aggrevating us and the issues surrounding including that we are getting absolutely no tangible help. SO PLEASE STOP POSTING THIS RESPONSE! IT IS NOT HELPING ANYTHING NOR GETTING ANY OF US RESULTS! IT PROVIDES ABSOLUTELY ZERO INFORMATION TO HELP US RESOLVE THIS AND GET OUR MONEY! STOP!
Then keep it pushing and avoid being rude by not replying at all! Take that negativity elsewhere please.
