To change your return after you've already filed, Please see this TurboTax FAQ, How do I amend my 2020 TurboTax Online return?

You will need to wait until its Accepted, to fix/amend your return, but if its Rejected, you can go back and fix it, without having to file an Amended Return.

Turbotax has added Other income (-$68k) and Other Taxes (+$30k) to my return that I didn't enter, and it won't tell me where it came from or how to fix it!
