I e filed my taxes on 1/29/2022 and they were approved the next day but on the IRS tracking it say that I haven’t filed

The IRS's refund tracking is a little slow. Give it a week or so to update (they usually update on Fridays). Then see if it shows up.

If it just shows as 'processing' then it's all good.

They were NOT Approved the next day. Rather, they were Accepted, which means received for processing. Approved is a later step.
