Is Tax Act 152 the same as the path act message?

I have a DDD 2/23/17 and using a prepaid card and also having my fees taking out by SBTG so it might be that on 2/22/17 (which is tomorrow) SBTG gets it, then transfer the remaining funds (after taking out their fees) into my prepaid card by next day. I hope this is true, otherwise I'm looking at Friday 2/24/17 worse case scenario.

I mean they stated on the IRS website they wouldn't start releasing a majority of tax returns until the week of Feb 27, 2017?

@cherylgilbert40 that may be the case, but depending on fast irs releasing the funds to your bank account/ prepaid account and if there's fees taken by SBTG cause everyone's case is different.

Our fess were exempt because my husband is active duty serviceman. We bank with a military banking institution

We don't owe back taxes, creditors or child support. We've been filing the same creditors these past 7 years and both are
Federal employees.

I filed my taxes 2/7 and I had bars for 3 days,  they disappeared,  and now it states "my return is being processed and a refund date will be given when available " it then has tax topic 152 at the bottom...today is 2/20 and nothing has changed. .anyone know what this means please ?

It's still pretty processing. I called the IRS today they never have a good explanation. But for those of us our returns are being reviewed and released with a DDDs.

I filed 2/9 I check my status daily and only thing it keep saying is that its being processed. And tax topic 152.. what is going on?

I call the the IRS yesterday at 1-800-829-1040 three X yesterday the first rep stated I was picked for a random review and may not see my refund on or before March 14, 2017. Then the 2nd and 3rd person said it was completed processing but to just keep checking for any updates on WMR and most refunds will be issued the week of Feb 27th. Our refunds are being reviewed but it doesn't mean their being audited. However, the only time to worry if you receive a letter from the IRS.

I havent recieved a letter.. and when I call I only get the recordings. I cant speak with an rep.

I haven't received any letter nether. The reps yesterday couldn't see anything wrong with my return it's completed the processing steps they just need to release the funds
