I don’t see Tools. Where is that located on the app?

First, you must be inside your 2019 Online tax file somewhere...not just in the opening home screen.

Then, it's on the left-hand side menu (if on a phone, you'll have to hit the hamburger stack....but please don't prepare and file on a phone...use a full computer or tablet with a large screen)
