I Discovered an error on my 2021 return AFTER I filed and AFTER it was accepted.

I discovered a credits error on my 2021 return AFTER I filed, AFTER it was accepted.  I was preparing to file an amended return and I received a refund.  The amount of the refund indicates that the IRS caught the error and adjusted the refund accordingly.  

What, if anything, do I need to do.

There is nothing you need to do since the IRS adjusted your tax return.
