I didn't qualify for the advance says my info may need updating can someone tell me what that means?

I filed for the refund advance and it says I didn't qualify and I'm not sure why?

No one in the user forum can tell you why you did not qualify for the advance. We have no access to that information. Sorry.

it is possible you submitted a return where not all the forms are final. Turbotax will not offer an advance until your return is accepted by the iRS. This can not happen if any form is not current. you can contact support for assistance to see if this is the issue or something else
