I didn't get my refund last year

The best thing to do is to contact the IRS or your state (which ever place you didn't get the refund from) and speak to one of their agents. The IRS nor the states communicate any information to Turbo Tax once the return has been filed, so we  are not able to tell you what has happened. The IRS agent or state agent will be able to answer your questions and let you know what happened to your refund.
