I have been filing with Turbotax for years now. This year I did not receive my refund. The IRS said my refund was sent to my bank on March 8th. I called by bank and they had no scheduled payments coming to me at that time. I have waited days now and still not received anything. I did double check that my banking information was correct.
I cannot get an actual person on the phone with TurboTax or the IRS and have no idea what to do now. I am disappointed and if I cannot get this resolved quickly I will not use Turbotax in the future.

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.
Go to this IRS website for a refund trace - https://www.irs.gov/faqs/irs-procedures/refund-inquiries/refund-inquiries-0
If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/

Glad to know I pay you to file my taxes and you cannot help at all with actually getting my money.
