I did not receive my full taxes possibly stolen by turbo tax

Like many other i did not receive my full refund I’ve called turbo tax and got run arounds. I called the IRS they told me i didn’t have any debt I haven’t had debt in years but my paper from turbo tax states that i have non IRS debt ? What is that you guys took my money? Turbo tax took $1,300 from me and no proof of where this “debt” went to or who it was for i have no Debt! I am confused and angry i will lawyer up if this does not get resolved!
