I did not file an amended return for my unemployment tax. I filed before the new American Rescue Plan. When should I see my additional refund on the $10,000.

There is no need for taxpayers to file an amended return unless the calculations make the taxpayer newly eligible for additional federal credits and deductions not already included on the original tax return.
