I DID AN ID VERIFICATION ON 03/18/2019 AND STILL MY STATUS HAS NOT CHANGE IT STILL SAYS MY REFUND IS BEING PROCESSED HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I GET MY REFUND

Unfortunately, no one on this forum knows. 

The IRS is behind and has not set a schedule for issuing these refunds.

Some posters who responded earlier than you are reporting they have been told May 8, 2019.

However, with everything with the IRS, this is tentative.
