No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

If you have already filed the 2023 tax return there can be no refund of the TurboTax account fees.

If the federal tax return has been accepted by the IRS, then the IRS will not accept any other e-filed tax return with your name and Social Security number included on the tax return.
