I completed tax return for grandson using my email. it was filed . can you help me find my file?

i used same email but created two accounts . doesn't allow me to open my filing

You are using the CD/desktop program so open the TurboTax program on your computer and select open tax return and it should list all the 2018 returns on the computer.
