I completed my tax return on Feb 28 but can not tell whether I filed it. I have been sick so memory is affected. Wanted to E file it. Can you help?

When you log into your return, what do you see?

If you have filed your return, you will see the Welcome Home screen. (See the Screenshot below)

If you don't see that click on Review, work through the screens until you get to the File section.  Continue working through the screens, indicating how you want to pay/have your refund sent, etc.  Once you have answered all the questions, you should be able to e-file.
