I claimed a credit for moving exp on my federal, but it doesnt look like it was applied to my PA state return. How do i amend this?

I moved from PA to CA in the current year, it looks like I claimed the credit for CA but not PA as well

PA only allows deduction of moving expenses if you move INTO PA.

Why would they give you a tax break for leaving?
