I chose a turbo tax debit card. I never received my debit card. The money was added apparently and now my stimulus check. I can't get answers or my money.

I am sorry you are having to go through this, if you do not have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account here:  TurboTax Debit Card Report Lost or Stolen.  You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

That doesn't work because I don't have a login for that card because I've never received that card so how can I login on the TurboTax debit card app if I don't have the card or an account for the card because I never got the card

Try this number: 888-285-4169. This is the number they gave us in the following statement. 

 

If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

Same issue here.. Never received the card.. Used the phone number to get a re send for not getting it the first time.. Never received the new one neither after 14 business days so far.. 

 

Turbocard rep i finally got in touch with says its waiting in local post office.. Post office showed proof thats not true.. 

 

Now when i tried to do another never received through the number it says i have to have the card number 

Which obviously i never got and can't provide otherwise i wouldn't be bothering with all of this to begin with

 

Could someone here please give an actual answer and not a copy pasted visit website or this phone number?
