I cannot see my pervious tax returns

I have been using turbo tax for past year returns. However, I am not able to see them. It shows that I just joined Turbo Tax. Please help!

Be sure that you are signed into the TurboTax account that you used to file your prior year return. Here is some additional information on how to access prior year tax returns:
