I need the Transcripts of my 2017 taxes but it does’nt leave me beacause it tells me that I need to do my State taxes State but in Texas the re are no State taxes

TurboTax does not provide a tax transcript.  The IRS provides a transcript, and it has nothing to do with whether you filed a state return.  If you want to print a copy of your return that was prepared using TurboTax you can do so, but it is a copy--not a "transcript."
