I cannot activate my card it sends me invalid activation codes and I have to spend $30 just to talk to a representative

I will never use this service again or recommend to another person to use. This is absolutely unacceptable . I'll be looking to take legal action soon if nobody that can help responds .

We are having same problem,  we finally was able tp talk to live person by doing the live chat and requesting a call back but unfortunately she could not help us with activating the card told my husband to report it lost and get a new one , we  have been trying to activate this card for 3 weeks

I am having the same issue. I can’t even report the card stolen lost or not received because after it asks for my ss# it then asks for my birthday and then says I’ve called the wrong number?!????? And I get ping ponged back and forth from turbo tax to **bleep**ing Green dot. This is robbery!!!!!!

For the intuit turbo visa debit call [phone number removed]. Listen to all the auto prompts when it is finished enter 0 then # it will get you to a live person.

When I enter my License code to activate TurboTax, I get a 630 Error Code.   Please tell me what I did wrong when installing my TurboTax Premier software.
