I can't remember if I have received the third stimulus payment or not, and put that I had not, but they check before they send my refund right? I'm worried I am wrong!

No, TurboTax does not check your return for improper entries.

If you have a bank account look for deposits of $1,400 from the US Treasury in the March - May 2021 timeframe for the 3rd stimulus payment.

If you filed your tax return and entered either no 3rd stimulus amount or an incorrect amount the IRS knows if they sent you a 3rd stimulus or not.  They will adjust your tax return accordingly if it is incorrect.  If you are due a tax refund this will delay the refund by several weeks if not longer.

You do not need to amend the 2021 tax return you filed.
