I can’t access pay with refund option

Some customers are experiencing issues when trying to file and pay with their refund.

We are investigating this issue.

However, if you would prefer to file now, you can do so by switching paying your TurboTax fees with a credit card instead of using the pay with my refund option by following these steps.
