The Turbo Card app/site is experiencing high volumes today due to stimulus payments being funded. To check your account balance, text “BAL XXXX” (XXXX is the last 4 digits of your card number) to 43411 to get your available balance.
I have tried logging into my account numerous times today, and used my same password and tried to have it reset, but to no avail. It will not allow me to do anything even after following how to login to the recovery page.
What could be the problem and what do I need to do to have this fixed?
