I called Oklahoma state tax commission and they said my refun og 554.00 was sent to an account at turbo tax. I have been expecting a pre paid card and still have not received it

Turbo Tax is not a bank, so they have no way to receive your refund.

If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, the IRS will send your return to Santa Barbara Bank, where they will deduct the fees and then deposit any remaining refund into your account.
