I bought tt desktop which didn't work on my computer. I submitted a refund request and it was approved, but i haven't received my refund from them. How should it come?

It has not come on my card or as a store return. I can't find anyplace to ask them this! Does anyone have experience with this?

Refund requests are reviewed and it is then decided if they are valid.  If you are approved the refund normally comes around July.

Sorry I didn't have room to clarify but I was talking about a software return not my tax return. For anyone else in my position, I finally got the number by asking in the chat to talk to a real person and then someone called me.
