I bought a Turbo Tax download but my operating system is too old to use it. Can Turbo Tax give me access to an online version instead?

You can use online, but you cannot pay using that license code. The pricing is structured differently for online. You will need to seek a refund for the CD/download and then pay for using online, according to the version of online that you use.
