I am unable to access my previous free amended return online and I need to resolve an error within it, who can I speak to?

I already troubleshooted the website when I was able to contact someone, but I still can't access the site. The screen goes blank and shoes this error code in the link https://us-east-2.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/turbotax/wtt_err.htm?Error=2&component=TTServiceErrors&a... I already encountered an error too where the system did not file my amended return to the federal level, and this is getting in the way of resolving this issue.
