I am trying to correct a mistake on my return, but TurboTax still flags it as unchanged during review. I have already submitted payment and cannot start over.

I accidentally said that I can be claimed as someone else's dependent. Turbotax will not let me e-file without correcting this. I've gone back and made the change, but it still comes up during the review process and will not let me proceed. It will not let me file by mail either. It will not let me start over because I have already paid for the service. Is this a glitch? What is to be done?

I suggest you run the Federal Review again.

The Federal Review will highlight the error and allow you to correct it

• Located under Federal on the left sidebar.
• This will review what you've posted so far, and identify problem areas.
• You can enter corrections directly from fere.
