I am the trustee of an irrevocable trust for my sibling. I moved and need to make a change of address with the IRS. What form do I need for the change of address?

The trust was established several years ago to get a tax id with IRS.  No money was in trust.  Mother is selling her house and proceeds will go into trust.  The address for the trust is my residential address.  I need to update the trust with my current address with IRS.

If you need to file a 2021 return for the sale then you will put the updated address on the return.

If you will NOT need to file a 2021 return for the trust then mail in form 8822  :   https://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc157

Along with informing the IRS of the change of address for your residence using Form 8822 you will also need to file a Form 8822-B for the Trust Address - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f8822b.pdf
